Return and Refund Policy

All driveshafts purchased through driveshaftpro.com are returnable within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns can be handled by emailing or calling customer service. We will supply a pre-paid return shipping label for all returns, but the customer is responsible for dropping off the shipment at the carrier's location. A reason for return must be given to determine whether a restocking fee will apply. A "Return Goods Authorization" number will be given and must be visible for our return department to properly receive. Any shaft that is ordered by mistake or with improper information will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return to cover shipping and processing costs. Parts returned must be in original state. Any tampering or abuse of parts could effect the refund amount. Parts must be sent back in original packaging and with all hardware if supplied. If there is an issue with the original package, please contact customer service for assistance. In the case of us shipping the wrong product or any other error that results in your dissatisfaction, we will replace, return or refund in full. All refunds will take up to 7 days, from the time we receive the package, to be fully processed.

Warranty Policy

All driveshafts purchased through driveshaftpro.com do come with a 1 year unlimited mile warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or failure of components. In the event of a driveshaft failure, please call or email customer service to obtain a "Return Goods Authorization" number. A full description of the occurrences of a failure must be communicated for us to help resolve the issue. We will supply a pre-paid shipping label for the defective return, but the customer is responsible for dropping off the shipment at the carrier's location. Replacement or repair of a warrantied driveshaft will be determined case by case due to availability and lead time. Not only will we do our best to resolve the issue quickly, but we will cover all shipping costs both ways. Any abused or altered driveshafts will void the warranty and will need to be examined by our returns department before any repairs or replacements begin. Any upgrades or modifications to vehicle that exceeds stock torsional strength or alters the state of a stock driveshaft must be communicated before the purchase of a stock driveshaft. Failures due to modifications not communicated before installation of our products will void the warranty.
